We are seeking an empathetic, solution-driven, and excellent communicator Customer Support Executive to join a global support team. The role involves handling customer queries from international clients via phone, email, and live chat while ensuring high-quality and timely resolutions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of customer queries and ensure timely resolution

Provide support via phone, email, and live chat

Troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues

Escalate unresolved concerns to internal teams

Collaborate with QA and Engineering to investigate bugs

🎓 Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

Minimum 1+ year of Customer Support / BPO experience

Experience handling international clients preferred

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical ability

Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts

Experience with SaaS-based platforms
